Southeast Community College is a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement Institution (NC-SARA) institution. As such, SCC is unable to offer online or distance courses to students in the following areas at this time: American Samoa, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

For programs that lead to licensure or certification, the Department of Education allows the programs to be offered only where the school’s program meets the requirements of the student’s State of residence.  Please refer to your program at Academics/All Programs under “State Licensure of Certification Requirements” to see if any restrictions affect your program.
