The manufacturing and engineering technology career field has a variety of in demand, high impact, and technology driven careers that will allow you to utilize all of these traits! Join us to learn about career opportunities in the manufacturing and engineering technology field.
Participants will learn side-by-side from SCC students, faculty, and industry partners. Participants will see first-hand the use of technology and the wide variety of opportunities available in the manufacturing and engineering technology fields.
Due to the hands-on nature of our events, each participant must complete a Waiver Form; if under 19, it must be signed by a parent or guardian. This waiver is valid for all SCC recruiting events during the 2026–2027 academic year. Print and sign the waiver (English|Español), then email it to admissions@southeast.edu one week before the event or submit it in person the day of.
Participants will take part in rotations and have the opportunity to learn about the selected career fields listed below:

- Energy Generation Operations
- Manufacturing Engineering Technology
- Nondestructive Testing Technology
- Precision Machining and Automation Technology
- Welding Technology
