Youth Employment and Support Services (YESS)
The YESS Program is designed to assist participants (job seekers) with barriers to employment through education, hands-on training, and/or work-based learning to help them attain full-time self-sustaining employment.
Is the YESS Program right for you?
The YESS Program may be a good fit if you are between the ages of 16 and 24, live in Lancaster or Saunders County, and want to complete a degree or certification, gain experience in your career field, improve your customer service, leadership, and/or work-ethic skills, pursue a full-time self-sustaining career, or need financial support to reach that career goal.
