The Compassionate Transfer Pathway
The Health Sciences program is a transfer pathway with two paths for success: transfer to a four-year institution for an advanced degree in a health sciences or pre-professional healthcare program; or complete general education prerequisite requirements before enrolling in one of SCC's Health Sciences programs. With focused coursework, you'll develop critical thinking skills essential for healthcare professionals.

You will build foundational verbal and written communication skills needed to interact with patients, families and healthcare teams.
Science Foundation
You will build a solid understanding of the scientific principles involved in healthcare. You'll develop essential anatomy and physiology concepts that form the foundation of healthcare professions, preparing you for advanced coursework in specialized health programs.
