SCC Board Votes to Increase Tuition, Student Fees for 2024-2025

The Southeast Community College Board of Governors approved a $1 per credit hour increase in the tuition rate and a $1 per credit hour increase in student fee for the 2024-2025 academic year during its regular monthly meeting Feb. 20.

Beginning in August, Nebraska residents will pay $105 per credit hour in tuition and $18 per credit hour in fees for a total of $123 per credit hour.

Non-resident rates also increased $2, meaning those students will pay $126 per credit hour in tuition and $18 per credit hour in fees for a total of $144 per credit hour. Non-resident rates also take effect in August 2024.

The Board also approved room and board rates for 2024-2025 academic year. Great Western Dining will continue to provide food service on the Beatrice, Lincoln and Milford campuses.
