Stu Osterthun, administrative director for marketing and communications, is retiring from Southeast Community College after 16 years of service effective May 17, 2024. His last day in the office was March 29.
On April 12, 2024, Al Brunkow closed the loop on his 42-year career at Southeast Community College. To say he has seen some changes in the College is an understatement.

Over two semesters, I completed an extensive 16 credit hour program that not only taught me about the role of peer support, but also the concepts of Human Services as a career field and the communication skills needed in this field. Because of my previous education and work experience, I have the ability to blend my skills obtained from my business degree at SCC with the skills learned through the CPSS program at SCC.
