Complaint Process

Southeast Community College has in place Grievance/Hearing/Appeal procedures for students.

The purpose of the Student Grievance procedure is to secure, at the lowest level possible, equitable and timely solutions to problems that may arise. Grievances may be addressed through an informal or formal procedure. To view the entire SCC Student Grievance procedure, go to the College Catalog.

Students may file a complaint with Nebraska's Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education.
Students may also file a complaint with the Higher Learning Commission.
